Malted Rye with Seeds and Grains


A wonderful rich and moist loaf made with a blend of rye and wheat flour and roasted malt with a generous spread of grains and seeds. Great for open sandwiches with smoked fish and pâtés or topped with hummus. Toasted it goes beautifully with marmalade or other preserves. 

67% rye, 33% wheat; 100% vegan.

    Water, Rye flour 24% (Gluten), Wheat flour (Gluten), Sunflower seeds 8.7%,  Rye kernels (Gluten) 6.6%, Caraway seeds 6%,  Kibbled and whole Rye & Wheat grain mix (Gluten) 5.5 % (split rye malt grains, roasted rye malt, flax-seeds, sunflower seeds, maize groats, split wheat grains, not roasted rye malt), Linseeds 4%, Grain Mix 1.3% (Gluten) (coarse rye, sugar, malt extract (barley), salt, wheat bran, wheat malt), Honey, Sugar, Salt, Fresh Yeast, Wheat Malt (Gluten), Rye Malt (Gluten).

    Each loaf weighs approximately 0.6kg and comes sliced.
