Rye & Spelt Banana Muffin


A blend of rye and spelt flour replaces wheat in this moreish muffin, giving it a depth in flavour. It is a rich and moist classic.


    Banana (20%), sugar, banana chips, spelt flour 13%(gluten),  yogurt (milk), rye flour 6% (gluten), rapeseed oil, egg, baking powder (leavening agent E450, E500), baking soda, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, salt.
