Kulich
This traditional brioche-style cake is the centrepiece of the Orthodox Easter table in many Slavic countries (in Ukraine the cake is also called Paska). The moreish, fragrant dough is infused with raisins and topped with a generous sugar glaze. It looks stunning and tastes wonderful too!
